Elegancia's Rixos Hotel project in Karrada houses 500 workers on a single site. A camp that size behaves like a small neighbourhood at the end of a shift — everyone returns at once, and everyone reaches for the network at the same moment. The Journey planned around that reality: a site survey, a coverage map built on the residential blocks and shared spaces, and capacity sized for peak evening load rather than an average.

The Journey produced the network design and coverage plan, then delivered the infrastructure on site in two weeks — routing, switching, and access points distributed across the residential blocks and common areas, built on a mix of Cisco, Ubiquiti UniFi, MikroTik and Ruijie equipment chosen role by role. The Journey also provides the internet service and the ongoing support that keeps it running: monitoring, maintenance and on-site response, now in its second year.
